2. All items to be returned must be in their original packaging.
3. 15% restocking fee for any item/s returned for reasons other than manufacturing defects.
4. Item/s that have been used: No credit or refund. Unless the product is defective.
5. Item/s six months or older: No credit or refund.
6. Item/s returned because of manufacturing defects must be accompanied by copies of original invoice. Item/s may be replaced in kind or exchanged for others.

- If you are a local Indiana company ordering for the first time feel free to use the Purchase Order as your payment method or Check / Money Order. We will deliver your order and then can talk about setting you up with terms. If you are outside Indiana and would like to pay using a PO then please call 877-324-5370 prior to doing so.
