Ron began in the copier/printer office machine industry in 1973 working for Miller Huggins in Anderson, IN. Ron began as delivery driver but, soon worked his way into the position of service manager. Ron later worked as territory service manager for Locke Office Products a copier dealer in Maine. In 1987 Ron began a family based office supply store located in Spencer, IN named McNeil Office Products.
McNeil Office Products suffered a devastating fire in 1990 but, remained in business until it sold in 1997. After the sale of McNeil Office Products Ron went to work for National Cartridge Wholesaler (NCW) in Bloomington, IN. Ron worked there 8 years before buying the company in 2005 & renaming it to Freedom Business Solutions, LLC.
Joe McNeil partnered with his father in 2005 to purchase and help run the business. Joe McNeil worked at Graphic Impressions/Sunrise Greetings in Bloomington, IN for 6 years. Working in commercial printing for 6 years gave Joe the background he needed for running a business and understanding the concept of print technology.
We are A+ certified through CompTIA as an IT Technician for computer repair & we are also certified though HP as Certified Professionals in printer repair.
